January 26, 2024

PITB conducted a series of training sessions on the Training Management System (TMS) as part of the handing over process of the TMS to Quaid-e-Azam Academy for Educational Development (QAED). The purpose of the training was to fully equip QAED staff members with the system so they can easily create and configure any training on TMS.

During the session, PITB Director Shahid Akram Khan emphasized on the importance of TMS and how it would benefit the department. The training was delivered by PITB representatives from the IT-Solutions wing Senior Program Manager Hammad Ullah and Program Officer Ali Hassan. The session concluded with a hands-on practice and interactive Q&A activity, showcasing QAED staff's successful configuration and execution of the EaSTE Module 4 (Writing Skills) training.

TMS is an all-inclusive system that encompasses every aspect of training management, ranging from the setup of training batches, classes, sessions, and timetables to the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) that includes comprehensive features such as quizzes, assessments, video lectures, books, and associated reports. Overall, it is designed to optimize the training process, making it more efficient, convenient, and adaptable to the ever-changing demands of today's business landscape.
