PITB team visited Rawalpindi Medical University (RMU) to hold a meeting with RMU Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Muhammad Umer regarding the implementation of essential IT systems. The meeting focused on facilitating the digital transformation journey of RMU by deploying and customizing the core IT platforms including the Learning Management System, Human Resource Management & Information System, Electronic Filling & Office Automation System, Campus Management System, and Computer Based Examination (CBE).
During the meeting, PITB Joint Director Sajjad Ahmad Qureshi briefed the RMU VC on ICT initiatives rolled out by PITB and emphasized the positive impact these digital systems have brought about. The meeting was attended by RMU Anatomy Department Head Professor Dr. Ayesha Yousaf, Director IT Hafiz Shahid Rasool, PITB Joint Director e-Governance Shahzad Anwer, SPM Syed Muhammad Zeeshan, and PO Hamza Tariq.
In this regard, PITB Chairman Faisal Yousaf stated, "This collaborative effort marks a significant step towards integrating advanced IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency at RMU."
