PITB conducted a training on e-Filing and Office Automation System (e-FOAS) for the Social Welfare Training Institute in Lahore to acquaint the attendees with the overall functionality of the system.
The training was conducted by PITB e-FOAS team under the supervision of PITB DG Government Digital Services Muhammad Waseem Bhatti.
The training sessions were attended by the officers/officials of Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Mal Department from various Divisions of the Punjab. Principal Social Welfare Training Institute Sajjad Haider and Director Admin Faiz Naeem were also present.
e-FOAS, developed by PITB, aims at transforming the conventional paperwork into a completely paperless environment. It enhances the department's efficiency via instantaneous internal/external communication, task management, improved transparency, and reduced office expenditures.
