In order to facilitate public and save them for unnecessary hassle, Government of the Punjab has established e-Khidmat Centers across province whereby citizens would be provided with all public services at one place. People would no longer have to wander from one department to another, person to person, for their CNIC /passport issuance, birth/death/marriage/divorce registration, domicile, traffic fine collection, issuance of route permit, token tax collection services, etc. Assisted by PITB, these tech-enabled facilitation centers are a sure way to ease access for citizens in a cost-effective manner.
