PITB, in collaboration with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), organized a two-day e-Procurement training session for various government departments as part of the broader initiative being implemented across Punjab.
The attendees included staff members from the Zakat & Ushr Department, School Education Department, Revenue Department, and the Woman Development Department.
Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) MD Waqar Azim gave a detailed presentation on Procurement Cycle. PITB e-Procurement team delivered hands-on training to acquaint the attendees with the system and also addressed their queries and concerns.
The e-Procurement System incorporates modern techniques to make government procurement secure and efficient. Under this system, vendors located anywhere can submit their bids online, making the procurement process more accessible and convenient.
