ECO Postal Staff College and representatives from Iran, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Vietnam and Malawi visited PITB. Fasieh Mehta (JD EGS, PITB) conducted the meeting and introduced various ICT interventions devised by PITB including CFMP, PMIU, Disease Surveillance System, e-Learn, Case Flow Management System, Online College Admissions System, etc. Members were also elaborated on how these systems were changing the methods of governance cultivating an environment of transparency and recuperating the government-citizen relationship.
The delegates were highly impressed by the initiatives introduced by PITB and stated that digital innovations like these set an example for other countries.
