A Delegation from Scotland Visited PITB

A delegation from Scotland comprising Alastair Sim (Director – Universities Scotland), Stuart Young MacDonald (Executive Director – Centre for Cultural Relations, University of Edinburgh) and Jeffrey Haywood (Professor of Education and Technology and VP Digital Education, University of Edinburgh) visited PITB to discuss potential partnerships in education sector. The meeting conducted by Director General (IT Solutions) Waqar Naeem Qureshi discussed how digital interventions can uplift and liaison modern and conventional methods of teaching.
The delegates also toured PITB’s tech-incubator, Plan9 and got acquainted with its objectives and working. The delegation appreciated the efforts of PITB in making substantial contributions to the education sector.
