PITB conducted the Second Steering Committee Meeting with Capital Development Authority (CDA) regarding Property Management System (PMS) and Digitization of Property & Land Record of CDA Progress and Execution Strategy. CDA's Director IT Shahzad Malik, Deputy Director IT Rashid Hassan, Deputy Director Software Abdur Rehman were present.
During the meeting, PITB Project Director Ali Raza Kheiri and Joint Director Qaiser Shabbir briefed the participants over progress of the project and shared the strategy for smooth execution to achieve project's milestones within the established timelines.
PMS simplifies the property management processes for CDA by generating secure, verifiable electronic documents for transfers and allotments. It also integrates seamlessly with CDA's GIS system and provide a customized e-office and document management portal.
