Throughout his professional journey, he has contributed to the architecture, development, implementation, and transformation of technology solutions spanning software engineering, enterprise systems, large-scale digital platforms, and data-driven public services.
His professional portfolio encompasses a diverse range of domains, including citizen services, Ease of Doing Business, social protection, digital governance, and public-sector service delivery. He has extensive experience in software and systems development, enterprise applications, systems integration, data and analytics, process automation, digital platforms, and the end-to-end delivery of complex public-sector IT initiatives.
He has played a notable role in major digital transformation initiatives, including Dastak, eBiz, the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER), and Punjab’s Web Presence initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of technology-driven solutions aimed at improving accessibility, efficiency, transparency, and citizen engagement. His work has supported the digitization and modernization of government services, enabling more streamlined interactions between citizens, businesses, and public-sector institutions.
