The meeting was to discuss the current status of WASA’s ongoing Complaint Management System and other IT reforms including the possibility of online monitoring of tube wells, disposal, dewatering and general sets through SCADA system initiatives.
DG IT gave an overview on WASA Complaint Management System and SCADA initiatives.
