Focused towards realizing the true potential of our developers. Microsoft is committed towards developer, startups & entrepreneurial echo system in Pakistan. With history of high impact contribution in academia and keeping the vision going yet another event was organized.
 
Microsoft Innovation Center (Lahore) in collaboration with PITB (Dr. Umar Saif, Saima Shaikh) awarded the brilliant and skillful students of Pakistan with prizes.
 
Students from all over Pakistan participated in Punjab Youth Festival 2014 (Windows Store Hackathon), the event saw the best of 300 Computer Science students coming with brilliant ideas which they brought to reality using the latest of Microsoft Technologies.
 
Microsoft is offering DreamSpark programs for 156 + Universities across Pakistan which allow the students & faculties to have access to the genuine Microsoft products free of cost. With these software with them Microsoft is working directly to impart trainings on how to use these tools & technologies to get the best out of it.
 
Prize Distribution Ceremony

Punjab Youth Festival 2014 Windows Store Hackathon Prize Distribution Ceremony was held in auditorium of ITU Lahore on 22nd August 2014. Prizes amount the winners were distributed by Chairman PITB Dr. Umer Saif & Microsoft DX lead Mr. Tahir Masood.

Prizes were: Nokia Lumia 1020, 1520, 625, 520. Total there were 16 Windows Phone.
